Chief Executive Officer
Brett Itterman serves as the Chief Executive Office of Pentex Restaurant Group. A graduate of North Dakota State University and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, he is responsible for the company’s management, operations and development. He is a member of Taco John’s Advertising Production Committee and Supply Chain Committee.
Prior to joining Pentex Restaurant Group he worked for Huron Consulting Group, United Health Group and MBA Building Supplies. Brett lives in Fargo with his wife, Katie, and son, Fritz; he enjoys skiing, hunting and spending time at the lake.
Vice President of Finance
Brian Christopherson joined Pentex Restaurant Group in October 2016 as the Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Pentex, Brian was an Accounting Manager with Cargill; he held the same position with Buca di Beppo after beginning his career with Target.
Brian, a CPA, obtained a BA in Accounting from Concordia College. He lives in Dilworth with his wife, Sarah, and their children. In his spare time he enjoys officiating high school basketball, golfing and spending time with his family.
Marcy Barrett is District Manager for Pentex’s Eastern Taco John’s. She joined Pentex Restaurant Group in 1979; her experience began as team member and has included positions as General Manager and Quality and Service Lead. In 2015, Marcy was honored with Taco John’s Manager of the Year Award.
Marcy is a graduate of Northern State University. In her free time she enjoys spending lazy afternoons with her granddaughter.
Tim Brown is District Manager for Pentex’s Dakotas Taco John’s. Tim began as team member in 1996; he served as a General Manager and Area Coach prior to his current role. He is a graduate of Mount Marty College.
Tim lives in Watertown, SD with his wife, Shanna, and daughter, Brynnli. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, hunting in the fall and walleye fishing in the spring and summer.
Luke Costa is District Manager for Pentex’s Montana Taco John’s. Luke is a restaurant industry veteran having held various positions with Starwood Hotels and Qdoba. He earned a BA in Communication from the University of Colorado.
Luke lives in Billings, MT and in his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, camping, hunting, fishing and motorcycles.
Vice President of Operations HuHot
Marty Larghe joined Pentex Restaurant Group in 2004 and serves as Vice President of Operations for HuHot Mongolian Grill. Marty has spent over three decades in the restaurant industry; previously he worked with Pizza Hut and the Corwin Automotive Group.
Marty lives in Mapleton, ND with his wife Jessica. In his spare time he enjoys baseball, spending time with his family and volunteering.
